What Does Not Require a Permit?

  • New or replacement cabinetry

  • Carpeting
  • Painting
  • Backyard play equipment
  • Sidewalks and concrete patios no more than 30” high
  • Fences up to 6’ high (restrictions apply)
  • Retaining walls up to 3’ high with a level backfill
